Nicki Minaj Is Joining Kate Upton on the Set of ‘The Other Woman,’ Which Gives You at Least Four Good Reasons to Actually See that Movie

Nicki Minaj made her reality television debut this year as one of the judges for Season 12 of American Idol, a.k.a. the worst season of Idol ever. Now, apparently, she'll be making her feature film debut in a chick-flick called The Other Woman, where she'll appear alongside the incomparable Kate Upton...and Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann.

Upton, of course, is a Hollywood veteran with over one film on her acting resume, having appeared in both Tower Heist and The Three Stooges. So, you know, Nicki will have another well-endowed woman to turn to if she has any boob-related acting questions.

As for the movie, it's being directed by Nick Cassavetes of The Notebook fame. It tells the story of a woman (Diaz) who discovers that her boyfriend (Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) is actually married. So she teams up with that guy's wife (Mann) and his other mistress (Upton) to exact some sort of hilarious revenge. Minaj, meanwhile, will be playing a thrice-married legal assistant who doles out sage relationship advice. Presumably each woman will learn valuable life lessons and be better off by the end of the film, but we'll have to wait to find out for sure.

The Other Woman is scheduled to open sometime in 2014.
