TV & FILM

During last night's newly re-dubbed MTV Movie and TV Awards, they debuted two new trailers for two of the summer's most anticipated movies. First up is the Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer seen above, though it's really more of a scene with some additional clips from the film added at the very end. It's a funny little scene where Peter Parker's roommate Ned discovers that he's really Spider-Man... and then destroys their $500 LEGO Death Star in shock. The cross promotions never end!
Meanwhile, Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman is gearing up to help Chris Pine's Steve Trevor defeat the Germans in WWI in this "final" trailer for the June 2 release. I'm glad we're getting a few more hints at the story of the film as I was beginning to get worried that the film's 141 minute running time would make it unnecessarily bloated. Thankfully it seems as if there's enough characters and story to fill those two hours and twenty one minutes, though it still seems a bit long for a movie ostensibly aimed at children...
