New Behind-the-Story Featurette for ‘Total Recall’ Hits (VIDEO)

The story of Rekall is complicated. It was told once back in 1990, and it's being told again. This time, there are a few new twists and different takes on the original. And now we've got a featurette from the movie that gives everyone a behind-the-scenes look at how the story came to be--at least, this version of it.

For a factory worker named Douglas Quaid (Farrell), even though he's got a beautiful wife (Beckinsale) who he loves, the mind-trip sounds like the perfect vacation from his frustrating life. But when the procedure goes horribly wrong, Quaid becomes a hunted man.

Finding himself on the run, Quaid teams up with a rebel fighter (Biel) to find the head of the underground resistance (Nighy). The line between fantasy and reality gets blurred and the fate of his world hangs in the balance as Quaid discovers his true identity, his true love, and his true fate.

Directed by Len Wiseman, Total Recall opens in theaters on August 3rd and stars Colin Farrell, Jessica Biel, Bryan Cranston, Kate Beckinsale, John Cho, and Bill Nighy. It looks like it's going to be a smash, so don't miss it!
