Well, wow. When will these crazy kids stop taking pictures of each other and publishing them about the Internet?

Despite the ever-potential for unseemly falsified renderings, this does seem to be Miley Cyrus. And she does seem to be in a very skimpy bathrobe in a ginormous walk-in closet filled with things I don't care about other than Miley Cyrus in a skimpy bathrobe.
