Miley Cyrus Needs Your Help!

Miley Cyrus is hinting at some more new music today after she shared two photos to her Instagram with the caption: "lbum cover options for y’all". The photos were apparently taken 15 minutes apart from each other and while one has a very smiley Miley in the front of a police car, the other shows her face down in the toilet, clearly a very rough night.
