Miley Cyrus is Having a Rockin New Year!

Remember when Dick Clark died and Ryan Seacrest could finally live out his fantasy of being the new and improved Dick Clark? Well this year Ryan is back to celebrate ringing in the new year with all of us and will be counting down to 2021 with guests like Doja Cat, Lewis Capaldi and Saweetie.

This year Ryan is bringing the Cyrus sisters out to celebrate as well with performances by both Miley and her cancelled sister Noah Cyrus.
