So, first of all, let me apologize for today's previous posts which feature Tyra Banks grabbing Rosie O'Donnell's breasts, and Britney Spears' saggy breasts going in all kinds of crazy directions. I like to keep things pretty, here on Egotastic!, but sometimes you have to deal with the ugly side of life.

Anyway, I hope these pictures of Maria Menounos looking drop-dead gorgeous at the premiere of her new movie, Kickin' It Old School, will make up for it. There's a lot more after the jump, so enjoy.
