Manu Ginobili and Tyreke Evans Share a Little Face Time

San Antonio Spur Manu Ginobili and Sacramento King Tyreke Evans probably woke up feeling like they were hungover today, because their heads had to be hurting after an especially brutal collision last night.

Ginobili breaks to steal the ball at the same time Evans cuts toward the basket, and the result is their faces smashing into each other. I'm putting this one after the jump because if you don't like seeing two guys barreling into each other head first, you might not want to watch.
