Leave it to Lindsay Lohan to surprise everyone by adding a dose of class to Paris Fashion Week; well, by Lindsay class, I mean, she hasn't fallen down drunk in the streets yet, or been seen making out yet with an ambiguously gay fashion designer, or hanging out at four in the morning with illicit nose-powder purveyors.
