Let’s Check Out What Was Going on in NFL Stands in Week Six

Michael Garcia - October 18, 2012

A man is recovering in a San Francisco hospital after being stabbed outside Candlestick Park before the Giants and 49ers game on Sunday. He was allegedly attacked after being taunted for wearing a Cowboys jersey. That stuff is just ridiculous. Anyway, there was plenty of other fandom going on around the country that wasn't depressing.

Another strong showing this week of road team love that didn't result, I presume, in nearly fatal outcomes.

Other awesome fan news to talk about includes a season ticket holder in New Orleans suing the NFL over the Saints' awful start. A dude named David "Doc" Mancina has filed a five million dollar class action suit saying his season tickets were devalued thanks to Roger Goodell's handling of the bounty scandal. Remember, when you want your frivolous lawsuit to be taken seriously, include your nickname.

Week seven starts tomorrow, right?
