You would think that after getting suspended following his last blow up at a reporter that NASCAR driver Kurt Busch would have learned a lesson. Following his third place finish in Saturday's Nationwide race at the Michigan International Speedway he proved he has not learned a thing.
The whole mess is really pretty stupid, but it just continues to prove how volatile and out of control Kurt Busch can be.
For some reason Busch did not hang around pit road after the race; apparently its standard practice for the top five to do so. When he did report to the media room he up and left rather abruptly before eventually coming back and taking care of business.
The fun part came after he abruptly left. The reporter will tell you the story in the above video, but apparently when he followed Busch out to see what was up Busch had some choice words for him.
We don't know exactly what was said when the reporter went outside; darn cameraman didn't hit record. Whatever did happen was not enough for NASCAR to say that he's violated his probation so no punishment should be forthcoming.
If Kurt is not careful he might find himself being referred to as the Terrell Owens of NASCAR. Eventually team owners are going to get tired of his antics and just be done with him. It's a good thing that his little brother has a team or that time might come sooner rather than later.
(Here is just one of many incidents that Kurt Busch has had over the years.)
