 There ain't no mom bod on the former star of Veronica Mars. That is a fortunate thing for my adolescent memories, they are fragile little things and have already been hurt by so many of the starlets from my youth. Do these women not know how much they mean to their fans? Every one that parties too hard, or lets themselves go a little too far, is like sinking an ice pick into the heart of their former selves. I cringe to think of the future where I have to look at the haggard bodies and faces of other teen heartthrobs and explain to my children how I could possibly have been enamored with them. I cringe, but I know that day is coming. It has happened to every generation before us, so it is bound to keep happening. A couple hundred years ago there was an old French woman defending her school girl crush on Napoleon to her kids. And if that hunk can fall from grace then anyone can. At least I can take solace in Kristen Bell not letting me down.
