This year's hottest "rookie" in the 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue is one of the hottest women I've ever seen, Kim Cloutier, and get this, she's from my home town of Montreal! Let's hear it for our homegirl. You may have heard that the women in Montreal are some of the most beautiful in the world, and if this doesn't prove it to you, then I don't know what will.
