Jennifer Lopez Stretches In Sextastic Yoga Gear Before Her Workout

Something that needs to be ingrained into people’s minds with a much higher degree of importance than it currently is is the habit of showing up to your workout already wearing your exercise clothes. I applaud Jennifer Lopez for taking a stand on the vanguard of progress and setting the example for all of her fans.

The amount of people who show up to the gym and use the locker room as their own personal walk-in closet is too damn high. Every gym that I have been to has relatively close quarters, so standing beside a man who chooses to stand around for twenty minutes in the nude while I try to put my stuff away in my locker is like playing the world’s worst game of tag.

If everyone showed up in their workout clothes it would cut down drastically on the number of people in the locker room at any given time. Then when you are done, you grab your shit and get out. It’s simple. The only people that should be showering and shaving at the gym are homeless people. Why anyone with their own bathroom at home would want to risk getting athlete’s foot, or worse, from a public shower baffles me.
