It's another Sunday afternoon for rest, relaxation, and scrolling through pictures of some beautiful women. It's good for the mind, body, and soul.
I'm pretty sure I heard that looking at attractive women is as good as a cardiovascular workout. So if it makes you feel better consider it part of your workout routine.
