If Prostitution is Wrong, I Don’t Want to be Wright

Kennebunk, Maine. Population: 10, 798. Population that visits the same prostitute who most likely also filmed them and posted the amateur porn videos online: 150. That's basically over 1% of the population that played hide and go seek inside local lady of the evening/zumba instructor Alexis Wright. Looks like I've been going to the wrong zumba class in Kennebunk, ME.

Now, I know what you're thinking: Aren't there monopoly laws to ensure protection against this sort of thing? I thought so too, but I guess when you live in Kennebunk (the little brother to Bush-family resort town Kennebunkport) there really isn't a red light district offering up all 21-flavors.

While the fallout to the town's husbands, fathers and prominent business owners continues to spread as the names of Ms. Wright's clients are streaming out to the public, I'm reminded why I moved out of a small town to begin with: You just can't trust the prostitutes who don't leave town.

But everyone loves a good prostitute scandal. It's salacious, gossipy and keeps the focus away from the brothel I visit thrice-weekly (you thought Eliot Spitzer was Client#9?).
