How Sinister Are You? The ‘See Yourself Sinister’ App Will Show You

Once you see him, nothing can save you. And by him, we mean that creepy supernatural entity called Bagul that Ethan Hawke comes across Sinister. Bagul only exists in images of himself and pops up when you least expect it.

If you've seen the poster for Sinister, then you already know he looks hella creepy. As part of a new campaign to get everyone excited about the supernatural thriller, Summit has launched the See Yourself Sinister Facebook app that'll let everyone become Bagul himself. Or at least look like him on the bloody poster.

Just access the app on Facebook, then select an image from one of your old Facebook albums. You can also snap a new picture on your webcam or upload an existing photo from your computer. Hit next, and wait for your very own Sinister poster to materialize.

Aside from the app, Summit also released a bunch of sample posters featuring some of the most sinister characters known to man, including Hannibal Lecter, Jason Voorhes, and Freddy Krueger. Creepy stuff.
