This probably isn't the first time that you saw a watch with its gears exposed. It probably won't be the last either, because let's face it, watches with visible gears make for awesome timepieces.

Watchmaker Refined Hardware takes advantage of this fact by building a watch with fine details while incorporating a rougher frame to it. The end result? The Harbinger. The craftsmanship doesn't leave a lot to be desired as well. The watch's 45mm patent-pending Cage piece is crafted from unpolished American steel, while laser-engraved sapphire crystals mount the front and back cases.

The Harbinger are also extremely limited, with only 125 pieces of them set for production. So if you want one, you'd better act fast.

Bling It: $1,285
