GWAR singing Kansas? It does seem strange. Kansas was one of the quintessential 70's arena rock bands. They sang songs about how we're all dust in the wind and had fabulous 70's manes of flowing hair. GWAR is a metal band that comes from another planet and feeds audience members to a giant vagina monster. But much like peanut butter, bacon, and banana sandwiches, some strange tastes go great together. Here is Oderus and the gang covering Kansas' Carry on my Wayward Son for The Onion's AV Club.
