New ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 6 Teasers Remind Us How Much We Miss ‘Game of Thrones’

We've still got a good three months until Season 6 of HBO's Game of Thrones. That's a long time. You'll know who won the Oscars, the Super Bowl, and the big showdown between Batman and Superman before you know what really happened to Jon Snow.

Of course, the folks at HBO realize we are all jonesing for a Westeros fix. That's why they went to all the trouble of making a whole series of three teasers for Season 6 that tell us absolutely nothing we don't already know. Why give the people an entire cake when they'll thank you for a single crumb?

Don't get me wrong, the teasers are good. And they do give us a sense of what Season 6 might focus on. They just don't reveal any actual footage or plot and exist for the sole purpose of making us miss the show even more.

Mission accomplished, HBO!
