HBO Trolls ‘Game of Thrones’ Fans With Jon Snow Poster

If you haven't seen Season 5 of Game of Thrones, get the hell out of here right now. 

I'm not saying that because the fact that you haven't seen it offends me. I'm saying because I'm about to tell you that JON SNOW WAS MURDERED IN THE FINAL SCENE OF SEASON 5.

So, you know, spoiler alert. 

Still here? Great. That obviously means you are aware that Jon Snow, Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, is dead. And it probably also means you are aware that fans have been coming up with theories all summer about how Jon Snow might not really be dead, and that these theories have been fuelled by Kit Harrington sightings on the set of Season 6.

Well, as you can imagine, HBO is loving all this. So today they dropped a new poster for Season 6 that's only going to fan the flames of speculation even more:

As you can see, that's Jon Snow! And he's got blood on his face!!! But is he dead, or is he alive?!?!

Of course, it's kind of hard to tell. Which is precisely the point.  HBO wants fans to go crazy coming up with theories. Because the more theories there are, the more hype there will be for the Season 6 premier, which—oh, hey, look at that—is happening some time in April. 

It's gonna be a long five months.
