I've been thinking it, I've been saying it, now I'm quite sure of it -- Victoria Justice is going to be the breakout hottie of the Disney/Nick teeners of 2010. It's not just that she may be the sexiest (she may be), or the most talented (such a subjective call on those lousy shows and those auto-tuned songs), but, she has that "It" thing going on.
