Normally, Paris Hilton needs to have a breast or two hanging out of her dress to make it onto this blog, but today is special. In fact, today Paris Hilton is on Egotastic! for the very reason that her nipples are not slipping out, and there is no sex tape scandal around (at least none that I know of).
