There used to be a time when Nikki Cox was super duper hot. Those days have long since passed. The irony of Nikki Cox, though, is that the only things about her that are still real are her breasts.
I don't know what she's done to her face, but it looks like her eyes, nose, and lips have all been tinkered with. Heavily. It's scary, really. Plus, the crazy skinniness isn't helping out either.
At least she's still got those boobs, though. Or what's left of them thanks to her continued weight loss. Whatever it is she's doing to herself, she needs to stop. Because pretty soon, she's just going to be boobs, legs, and giant alien lips.
Actually, that's something I'd like to see.
