Lindsay Lohan Shops Till She Drops $1 Million

Lindsay Lohan is a alcoholic shopaholic. In fact, Lindsay Lohan is so addicted to shopping, that she spent over $1 Million on clothing last year. According to MSNBC's The Scoop, Lindsay is so desperate to curb her expenssive habit, rumour is she even visited a hypnotist to get help.

Did Lindsay Lohan visit a hypnotist to cure her shopping addiction?

The "Mean Girls" star dropped more than $1 million on clothes and accessories last year, according to Life & Style weekly, and has turned to the help of a hypnotist to help end her penchant to spend money.

"Her closets are overflowing with things like $8,000 Prada dresses and $2,000 Balenciaga bags," according to her stylist Rachel Zoe. "She has so many clothes, she never even wears some of them!"

The 19-year-old reportedly has been known to spend $100,000 a day, once allegedly blowing $20,000 in 20 minutes. "I don't want to be the best-dressed person in the poorhouse," Lohan said, reports L&S, which claims that the visits to the hypnotist are already working. During a May 23 stop at Rosasen in LA, she spent a relatively paltry $920.

Lohan's rep, however, didn't mince words blasting the story. "That is just a bunch of crap," she told The Scoop. "There's no hypnotist. And Lindsay loves clothes, but the idea that she spent that much last year is completely stupid."

Maybe she spent $1 Million on clothes, maybe she didn't, but I'm sure it was a lot, whatever it was. However, I don't think Lindsay Lohan needs to worry about being the best dressed person in the poorhouse. She may end up there, but she definitely won't be the best dressed. Not if she continues to wear stupid hats and leather shorts.
