You've got to hand it to Lindsay Lohan. If nothing else, her absolute, unrelenting, singular desire to have everbody in the world pay attention to her is impressive. It may not be commendable, but you've got to at least acknowledge that she's committed to the task.
Anyway, here's Lindsay, once again trying to get everyone to look at her. And while this isn't a full-blown Lindsay Lohan upskirt, it's sorta close. There's Lindsay, hiking up her skirt as high as it will go before showing us that she isn't wearing panties, making sure to make eye-contact with the camera the whole time.
Is it skanky? Yup. Is it getting old? Sure. Is it hard to look away? Yes. And that's why Lindsay Lohan keeps getting attention. As long as she keeps doing stupid, and slutty things, people are still going to be looking.
