Kirsten Dunst probably wasn't supposed to say anything, but in a recent interview with Zap2it, she revealed who we weill see as the villains in Spider-Man 3: Sandman and Venom.
"We have really great people though as the villains in this film, Thomas Haden Church and Topher Grace -- Venom and Sandman," says Kirsten Dunst while promoting her film "Elizabethtown."
"Maybe I wasn't supposed to say that," she says, checking with her rep, who assures her the information has already been released.
The "Interview with a Vampire" actress is a little shaky on the information at first, saying that Church would play Venom and Grace would take on Sandman, before reversing her claim when a journalist expresses disbelief. "It's the other way around. You're right," she concedes.
Dunst can be forgiven since she has yet to receive a script for the film that will begin shooting in January.
The real question, however, is are they going to do justice to the Venom character, and are they going to have Peter Parker don the black suit at first? Also, which is one Sandman, again?

It's been a while since there was any real Natalie Portman news at Egotastic!, so I thought you all might like to catch a glimpse of Natalie on the set of her new film Goya's Ghost. So I'm back from Australia now, and I've had a chance to catch up on most of my favourite shows that I missed (thank God for BitTorrent). I enjoyed the first three episodes of The O.C., but I'm not sure if it's on its way up or down. I fell asleep during Gilmore Girls, but I was tired, so I'll give it another shot, and the season opener of The West Wing was borderline fantastic. I've got a lot more shows to catch up on, but at least I've got a lot of time on my hands.
One show that struck me as being pretty interesting is Surface. It's a bit like Lost meets X-Files, and revolves around mysterious creatures living in the sea who may, or may not, be from outer space. I just finished watching the first episode, and I can't wait to watch the second. Also, the show stars one of my favourite (Eastern European) actors Rade Serbedzija (also written as Serbedgia, Serbedjija, and Sherbedgia - as he is credited on Surface), Leighton Meester (who will surely be featured on Egotastic! soon), and Lake Bell, formerly of Boston Legal. I encourage you all to watch this show, as it may have the potential of becoming a serious competitor for Lost. And if the premise of the show doesn't seem to interest you, maybe these Lake Bell pictures will.

So, this is kind of old news (give me a break, I've been on the other side of the world for the last month), but it looks like Evangeline Lilly, the ultra hot star of Lost is dating her costar, the former hobbit, Dominic Monaghan. Some of you might ask why the world is so cruel, while others may simply have a heart attack and die. I, on the other hand, am simply confused, and realize I know nothing about women. Oh well... While some people (like Trent and Andy) have been focussing on the fact that Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal explore a gay cowboy relationship in their new movie Brokeback Mountain, I feel that it's my duty to also point out that both Michelle Williams and Anne Hathaway both appear in the film. And nude at that. Now, I don't have any pictures of this, but trust me it's there. Until such time as the movie is released, however, you can enjoy some of Anne Hathaway at the Brokeback Mountain premiere.
The reported marriage of Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore this past weekend is surely a sign of the approaching end of the world. Right? I mean dating is one thing, but this unholy union must indeed herald the end of days. I don't know about you, but heading for the hills.

So I go away for a day and a half to Scuba at the Great Barrier Reef, and what do I find when I get back? Lindsay Lohan looks normal again. The red hair, the figure (for the most part), a (somewhat) healthy glow. Can it be? Do my eyes deceive me? You tell me. Is this Lindsay back from the dead, or just some cruel joke?
