The concept of an MMO where your character fights and plots and gain notoriety right alongside icons like Batman and Superman is one that's always been near and dear to me. There have been superhero based MMOs but without the familiarity of Metropolis or Gotham City it's just some city with some diabolical crimes going on in the background.
