Just when I'm ready to throw up my hands at the utter nonsense of hundreds of awards shows for Hollywood, along comes the Camera Operators Awards, and the savvy invite of TV veteran ginger hottie Darby Stanchfield who looked like one million damn red on red dollars in her plunging dress on the red carpet.

I know what you're thinking. Does every single person who works in film and TV production get their own even to celebrate and hand themselves out awards? The short answer is yes. Not that these people don't work hard, but electricians and plumbers and pipe fitters work hard to and they don' have galas to celebrate the importance of their craft. And if they did, it's not so likely Darby Stanchfield would spend an entire day making herself look ridiculously hot and slipping into a revealing shimmering dress to celebrate the occasion. Such is the allure of Hollywood. The rents are high and the traffic is horrid, but once a year you do get your own awards show and a peek into Darby's top. That's worth a decent something. Enjoy.
