Daniel Day-Lewis as Abe Lincoln Makes Us Think of Our Favorite Movie Presidents

We were treated to our first official image of Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln in Steven Spielberg's upcoming pic Lincoln. As stoic as Day-Lewis looks in the photo, judging by the curtains and balcony seating shown in the image, I think in about five seconds sh*t's probably about to get real. Known for his thoughtfulness and calm behavior, it's unlikely we'll get to hear the 16th president yell at Robert E. Lee demanding to drink his milkshake.

The biopic 'will focus on the political collision of Lincoln and the powerful men of his cabinet on the road to abolition and the end of the Civil War' and comes to theaters November 9th, 2012.
