I am well aware of this trick because I have used it many times myself. Wearing extra small clothing can make the wearer appear larger than they actually are to the untrained eye, but once you have been let in on the trick, the magic disappears.

When I wore small t-shirts in an attempt to give myself pecs all it really did was accentuate my feminine hips. And wearing small underwear was really pointless. There is no need to try and deceive a woman about the size of your package when she is on the cusp of finding out the truth. It is a lot of scheming, with no real payoff. My time would have been better spent working on my personality. That probably would have worked out better for me in the long run.

Someone needs to tell Claudia that there is no need for her to resort to these high school tactics just to make her boobs look bigger. There is no need. She has so many other features that caused the world to fall in love with her, why she has suddenly become self-conscious about her boobs now in middle age is quite the question.
