Ciara really earns her spots on my underrated hotties list, my unsung bucket list if you will. Ciara is certainly one sextastic celebrity. Also, she's engaged to Russell Wilson who shies away from the spotlight and probably keeps Ciara out of those circles as well much of the time, including those virginal moral principles.

Nevertheless, when we spot Ciara in thigh high boots and a minidress showing off her post-baby MILFtastic female form, we're going to get naturally sinful thoughts about the sultry skinned singer and model. Or is that model and singer?
