Lindsay Lohan faced the judge for what might be her final time today, until her next time that is, as Lindsay was set loose from her probation, with a warning from the judge to 'stop clubbing, and focus on work'. Subsequently, the judge went on to warn the sun to stop rising in the morning.

Despite all the probation hearings, morgue time, dealing with drunken and drugged out family members, not to mention her own personal problems with the spiked punch and party favors, Lindsay Lohan remains a marketable celeb dishing out the sextastic for coin, including this rather hot new photo promotion for JAG Jeans.

Though looking world-weary these days, the still quite young Lindsay manages to dish out some denim heat in this spread and remains a photographic darling at least among the artsy New York to London fashion and design crowd, which keeps a little bank in her otherwise squandered bank. It also leaves us long time LiLo oglers a decent heaping of Lindsay heat to bide our time while waiting to see which side of the epic failure and just mediocre failure fence the former child actor finally falls over onto. Who would've ever imagined a real life judge talking nicely to Lindsay Lohan with terms such as 'good record' and 'great progress' and 'almost there'. Not words often heard from a member of the bench speaking to a troubled celebrity who often wakes up high and tweaking under benches.

But it turns out Lindsay has been the belle of the morgue, and with just a few more hours and another month of peeing clean, she could be free-Lindsay, with her future right and bright ahead of her. And with mom Dina stumbling at her side, and the guidance she'll clearly receive from dad Michael after his own legal matters and steroid addictions are cured, we can only imagine that future is super bright for LiLo.

We kind of previewed it before, but now we get to see Lindsay Lohan in all her trashy lingerie and cigarette smoking glory, in a pictorial by Terry Richardson for Love magazine that, quite frankly, seems like a pretty damn honest vision of the current Lindsay Lohan. A once proudly hot ginger thespianic, now turned into something of a mind-altering substance addicted fiend in and out of the court system, with some truly horrible and dysfunctional parents, and a future that we only hope won't go the way of Whitney.

Okay, so Lindsay Lohan did look like an unfortunate trainwreck last night at the amfAR Gala, but, that is Lindsay's m.o. these past few months of post-rehab/in need of rehab times.

But this did not take down the evening that was otherwise packed tight and hot with veteran sextastic such as culinary coochie Padma Lakshmi, super model Karolina Kurkova, even more super modelish, Elizabeth Hurley, and freshly single Germanic wonder, Heidi Klum. Not bad for a formal night out with the ladies. Not bad at all. Enjoy.

Here's a little Egotastic! rule: we don't call it a nipple slip after about the 15th 'accidental' nipple flash for a celebrity. Lindsay Lohan does not have wardrobe malfunctions, she just has Lindsay moments.

Sadly, word about town is that Lindsay has fallen hard off the wagon once more, being spotted at various establishments drinking and making frequent trips to the ladies room to Colombian powder her nose. We say sadly, because Lindsay used to be one of our true ginger objects d' lust, a real beauty, before the inevitable affects of two award-losing parents ultimately took their toll on her adult life.

Still, I hold onto the belief that Lindsay retains potential, and this photoshoot from famed pervy-snapper Terry Richardson at the Chateau Marmont is some testament to that lingering sextastic, which like The Force, never goes away, it just becomes harder and harder to find in oneself. Enjoy.
