Moved from their Parisian balcony to a Paris cinema for the premiere of Spring Breakers, Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson, and Rachel Korine went deep into boobtastic battle in the fashion capital of the world (I have no idea if that’s true or not, I just always wanted to write it), with Rachel, Ashley, and Vanessa going for the traditional cleave peeks, while Selena chose a more hip sideboob glancing frock. The whole was truly greater than the sum of its parts with these four kit-cats vying to be the top dog on the red carpet of yet another Spring Breakers event.
They’ve been working out, stretching, preening, and trying on gowns, because the major league red carpet showdowns between co-stars turned attention seekers is lining up to be perhaps even more epic than the movie itself. Enjoy.
I suppose I take offense that Spring Breakers will be opening up in French theaters before the U.S., but such is the strange distribution pattern of a film we’ve been dying to see for almost a year now. To promote their film release in Gaul, the four starlets, Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson, and Rachel Korine, took to Paris over the weekend for a promotional tour to get the people of France to come see them in their bikinis.
And while we generally were excited to all see four girls together again doing their coquettish waves and heart-hand shapes from a dramatic balcony scene, co-star Rachel Korine did kick up the visuals another notch with her butt cheek flash beneath her short leather skirt. Not all we have dreamed of, but certainly a nice kicker to our wake time fantasies.
And to honor the promotional machine that is Spring Breakers, we’ve assembled fifteen of our favorite Spring Breakers ‘leaked’ promotional photos, leading to our general anxiety regarding living long enough to actually see this movie. Enjoy.
Unless you’re a lucky bastard living in Luxemborg, you won’t be seeing Spring Breakers this month in theaters, but, if we can live to see it, in just five more weeks this film will be finally released in the U.S., we will be treated to the bikini sites of Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson, and Rachel Korine toting guns and racing about during Spring Break.
Check our 20 favorite on-set production photos from Spring Breakers and try to contain yourself.
Outside of Katy Cocktease, perhaps the longest slow-hand of this past year has been provided by the leaks and peeks provided by the publicity-minded folks promoting the Spring Breakers movie, finally releasing in the U.S. in about eight weeks time.
Not that we’re complaining, not with the seemingly endless sextastic pics of film stars Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson, Vanessa Hudgens, and Rachel Korine, the fabulous bikini foursome, gushing out, in striking comparison to our own sentiments upon seeing such photos, well, dammit, we’re ready for the movie. And we say that knowing full well the movie can’t possibly live up to the expectations we have in our mind. Enjoy.
Being the veteran of not one, but two dramatically disastrous promo nights, one of which actually resulted in a hospital visit, which ought teach me a lesson about taking a very pregnant girl out for the evening, I know a thing or two about May-time disappointment. But, I also remember the fantasy of it all. Not so much the dressing up and the flowers and the big night out for teens in limos and the Blues Traveler power ballad, but trying to get into the pants of my prom date after I spent every single dollar of my hard-earned pot sales money on the annual junior-senior fancy night out.
And watching Ashley Benson modeling for Faviana prom wear, the vastly underrated hot blonde Ashley Benson who we can’t wait to see in Spring Breakers, well, we’re flashing back to all sorts of hope and promise of what could’ve been on those special nights back in high school. Albeit, our dates never quite looked like Ashley Benson, wore dresses quite as well as Ashley Benson, and in one case, smelled an awful lot like a very old peanut. Still, this is what dreams are made of. Ah, the prom. Enjoy.
Not a chance I live to see this.
