Catherine Zeta-Jones has blessed us with another epic video taken for her Instagram channel. We recently saw the actress share her morning yoga routine with her fans from the back of her yacht, which was pretty epic. This time Catherine is trying her hand at a hula hoop, spinning her hips and jokily telling her fans she's in a "twist". Old people jokes, gotta love em!
