The Houston Texans are the only 3-0 team in the AFC after winning at Denver, and even with Matt Schaub losing a chunk of his ear lobe. Baltimore had an emotional win over New England, led by Torrey Smith. Smith's younger brother died early Sunday morning in a motorcycle accident, and despite being visibly distraught during the game, Smith somehow managed to have a great night and score twice in helping Baltimore prove they're an elite team.

The Dolphins and Jets battled into an ugly OT win for New York, but Miami lost Reggie Bush to a knee injury in the process. Buffalo won again, but lost C.J. Spiller to a shoulder injury. Coming into the day, Spiller and Bush were the number one and two rushers in the NFL, respectively.

Pittsburgh wasted a beautiful performance from Ben Roethlisberger, losing to Oakland despite 4 TDs and nearly 400 yards from Big Ben. The Jags got their first win behind Maurice Jones-Drew's huge day, and despite the loss of Spiller, Buffalo won again and dropped the Browns to 0-3.
