It’s funny how fast 2016 is going, isn’t it? It feels like only yesterday I was waking up in a stranger’s house on New Year’s, wondering where my pants had gone and why my undercrackers were spinning around up there in the ceiling fan. That’s just a normal weekend for some of you guys, natch, but it’s a once a year sort of deal for me.
Maybe you feel different. Maybe you think this year has dragged on endlessly like a trip through Dante’s seventh circle of hell, with only the rentless scrote-jabbings of pitchforks to keep you company. It’s all a matter of perspective. Whatever the case, though, one thing’s for sure: we’re cruising on in to November, and that means another crop of free games from Xbox and PlayStation.
Our ol’ buddies at Microsoft are first off the mark this month. Let’s take an ogle at what’s coming to Xbox One and Xbox 360 subscribers this coming month.
First up, down One way, you can get yourself a download of Super Dungeon Bros. That’s available throughout the month, while Murdered: Soul Suspect will be up for grabs from November 16 to December 15.
From the first of the month to the 15th, Xbox 360 players can get themselves a slice of The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition. From the 16th on, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon hits the lineup as well. All in all, it’s not a bad month at all. A good blend of higher-profile names and indies worth checking out. If your ass wants to get in on any of these, they’ll be up on the Xbox Store starting next Tuesday.
