Franchises That Could Use a Dark Reboot
Whether it's by humanizing superheroes a bit, or giving our favorite characters a makeover, it's clear that gritty is the new direction for Hollywood. This approach is everywhere these days, from Daniel Craig's James Bond to The Dark Knight trilogy to the upcoming Man of Steel and Wolverine movies. And it seems that this edgy angle is not going away any time soon.
