Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Continues to Assault with Combat Gameplay Clip (VIDEO)
Take down Metal Gear contraptions is an important part of the Metal Gear franchise where we're talking "Solid" or "Rising: Revengeance." Speaking of which, how is Konami just going to add TWO new words to the Metal Gear naming convention? In theory, this should just be Metal Gear Rising and then we start talking on painful made-up words for later versions of the game. That's how Call of Duty does it and they're on to two separate sub-franchises with that thing now: Black Ops and Modern Warfare. So yeah just be like them.
Or don't. In fact, don't. Metal Gear Rising Revengeance is leading with the whole Raiden as a boot slicing cyborg that can precision chop any enemy or object in the game. That's going to be cool if this gameplay clip is any indication. This is from the demo so things might change but lining up bad guys according to how you want their body to fall to pieces is an underrated innovation. Every game that has swords or lightsabers must do this now.
