Atlanta Falcon Michael Turner Busted For DUI After MNF Victory
Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner helped his team beat the Broncos last night, then got nailed for DUI around 4 am. Turner was pulled over for going 97 in a 65 zone on I-85. The officers smelled alcohol on Turner and tested him for being drunk.
Turner had a touchdown last night, setting the Falcons' record for career TDs with 51.
The team put out a statement about the arrest saying, 'We are aware of the situation involving Michael and are in the process of gathering more information. Because this is now a legal matter, the club will have no further comment at this time.'
