Today in "Blarrggg! Oh, dear God! I'm gonna puke!" Olympic news, South Korean weightlifter Sa Jae-hyouk gave himself a bit of a boo-boo when he tried to lift too much weight. By boo-boo I mean he dislocated his elbow, probably tore some ligaments, and ended his career. Sa was attempting to lift 357 pounds when his elbow gave up on life like a depressed postal worker on Christmas. Medics rushed to his aid and he was immediately taken to the hospital.
Let this be a lesson to you all. We all have our physical limitations and they need to be respected. You may think you look like a wuss to that cute girl at the gym because you can only lift the ten pound dumbbells for bicep curls, but you know what's less attractive? A hideously gross stomach turning elbow injury!
