The NFL Is Adjusting Game Times For Fans
You know all those times you've been watching an early NFL game on Sunday and the game is tight in the final minutes, but the network cuts away to the afternoon game, causing you to miss the end of the first game? That won't be happening anymore.
The NFL announced today that the back half of the double header game will be moved back ten minutes so that fans don't get screwed out of seeing the last moments of any games. The NFL rules previously insisted that audiences don't miss the opening kickoff of the 'home' game in the afternoon, so that meant even if a game was coming down to the wire, the feed would be switched to the next game. Here's why they made the switch.
Finally the NFL realized that sucked and did something about it. Way to go NFL, proving again that it's possible for a giant in sports to do something for the fans, which also proves why the NFL is number one in American sports.
