LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Trailer Will Surprise You (VIDEO)
There's an irresistible quality to the line of movie/comic themed LEGO video games that's kept those animated brick characters on quite a run lately. The upcoming LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes looks like it will include Robin, Bane, Catwoman and plenty of other favorites from Gotham City. It also looks to be a slick way to get Superman in on the LEGO video game trend without giving Kal-El his own LEGO title.
On the bright side, this makes me happy because I despise all things Superman for several reasons not the least of which is that awful 2006 movie where kryptonite doesn't kill him. However, the dark side to Superman's cameo in Batman 2 is Supes will probably be getting his own LEGO title in the next couple of years. The only way I'd be down with that is if Warner Bros. goes all out and does the Superman III storyline and we get a LEGO Richard Pryor character. Yeah, a LEGO Richard Pryor would undo a lot of the emotional damage around here.
