Mark Sanchez Booed at Knicks Game
New York Jets QB Mark Sanchez and WR Santonio Holmes were sitting together in the front row at last night's Knicks game vs. the Clippers. That's good news, because Holmes was talking a lot of smack about Sanchez after the season, so they are apparently over it now.
The bad news is when the duo was shown on the Madison Square Garden video board, they were welcomed with an arena full of booing.
Sanchez has to be feeling the heat though. The complaints coming anonymously after the Jets season were that the club babied Sanchez and that his feelings easily get hurt, so they didn't want to rattle their young QB.
Sanchez is going to have to be on top of his game if he doesn't want to hear those boos this fall with Tim Tebow waiting in the wings.
Look for Sad Sanchez to become a meme once the season starts, and remember where you saw it first.
