We linked out to this yesterday but not sure all of you saw this, and you really should, for as craptastic a magazine as Us Weekly is, what with it's 11% reliability of information or so, they do know how to throw a party, and did get some sextastic celebrities to their big event this week in L.A, but Julianne Hough and her sideboob dress really did steal the show.
