If you build it, they will come. Okay, so mostly who comes to Fashion Weeks are a bunch of artsy-fartsy fashion snobs and their hangers on and upturned nose posse, but, also come the sextastic celebrities. And when you combine that with front row seating for the runway shows, and some eager beaver ground level paparazzi, you're invariably going to get some killer upskirt.
