We know there are a bunch of you Leighton Meester fans out there and we couldn't think of a better image for your L.M. fantasies than the actress being arrested in a scene filming for Gossip Girl on the streets of New York, the little hot-bodied minx being cuffed in a mini-dress and hauled away.
