Get to know Tulisa Contostavlos. Don't worry so much about pronouncing her name correctly, but get to know her face, and, well, her knickers. This N-Dubz phenom is pretty much taking England by storm, advancing quickly from the ranks of the unknown to hip music star to now, X-Factor judge. She is becoming a well known hottie quantity very quickly.
